Sgt. Slaughter

Sgt. Slaughter is a Wrestling Legend, best known for his success in the World Wrestling Federation (WWF), National Wrestling Alliance (NWA), and American Wrestling Association (AWA), as well as his role in the G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero cartoon series, comic book series, and action figure line. He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2004.

Sgt. Slaughter will be appearing on Friday and Saturday of Raleigh Supercon

Sgt. Slaughter has held multiple wrestling titles, including the WWF World Heavyweight Champion, AWA America’s Championship, AWA British Empire Heavyweight Championship, NWA Central States Heavyweight Championship (3x), NWA Canadian Heavyweight Championship, NWA United States Heavyweight Championship (2x), NWA World Tag Team Championship, NWA United States Tag Team Championship.

Sgt. Slaughter was a member of G.I. Joe in the G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero toy line, cartoon series and comic books. He is one of the cast members in the Camp WWE animated series/

He served in the United States Marine Corps, and was a drill instructor at Parris Island, South Carolina, prior to his professional wrestling career.
